- Compiling and negotiating quotations.
- Responding to quotes.
- Building relationships with current and new customers.
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions and alternatives which best support each customer and the business.
- Creating reservations.
- Completing operational functions.
- Completing Import/Export documentation and labeling.
- Job costings.
- Customs entries.
- AWB creation.
- Tracking of cargo and post‑flight monitoring.
Requirements
- Previous Imports/Exports experience in Aviation Cargo or AIR Freight Forwarding sectors.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and natural consultative skills.
- Customer services driven and business thinker!
Additional
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours.
- Timetable: earliest 08:00 am and latest finish 18:30 hr.
