Contract & Facilities Cleaner

Pay: £12.21 – £13.68 per hour

Location: Loughborough LE11 based

Hours: Monday to Friday week 8am 5pm + occasional overtime

Essential requirements: Full UK drivers licence required.

We are working with an organisation who is actively recruiting in the Loughborough area for candidates to work as a Contract and Facilities Cleaner.

Offering a Temp to Perm position, we are seeking candidates who would pass a Criminal Record Check and have a stable work history.

The position of Contract & Facilities Cleaner will be working as part of a small team servicing residential properties.

The Duties Will Be

Removing all furniture, fixtures, and fittings

Clearing gardens of outdoor furniture and broken fencing

Mowing and strimming grounds, cutting back branches and hedges

Disposing of rubbish

Cleaning walls / floors and surfaces

Our client will offer full on the job training, and we are seeking candidates who have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work, who are hardworking and physically fit. The role could include driving the work van to travel from different properties and therefore all candidates will need to have a UK Driving licence and be able to pass a criminal Record check.
