Night Shift FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Saltley, B8

Working Hours: Mondayto Friday, 01:00am 09:30am, 30 minutes break

Hourly Pay: £13.50ph – £15.12ph

We are currently seeking a reliable Night Shift FLT Counterbalance Driver and Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced logistics operation based in Saltley. This role will be a temporary – permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to load and unload company vehicles
• Using PDA hand scanners to process stock accurately
• Picking and packing goods to order
• General warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth night shift operations

Skills & Experience

• Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Have previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
• Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
