Air Import Operator

We are working with a medium-sized freight forwarder that is looking to recruit an Air Import Operator.

Role Involves:

1. 2+ years of end-to-end Air Import experience.
2. Updating ETAs in the system.
3. Collating customs clearance documents for shipments.
4. Calculating costs for daily deliveries.
5. Handling customs procedures.
6. Managing airway bills (MAWB & HAWB).
7. Communicating with customers via email and phone regarding shipment arrivals and delivery dates.
8. Arranging new shipments with overseas agents.

Weekend work is required approximately once every 3-4 weeks, with bank holiday cover on a rota.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Salary depends on experience.
