The role also involves preparing detailed reports, understanding local planning and zoning regulations, and contributing to the successful delivery of residential developments in line with company objectives.QualificationsProficiency in land acquisition, appraisals, and conducting negotiations with landownersStrong understanding of planning and zoning regulations, market analysis, and local area knowledgeEffective communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple projectsAnalytical skills to assess land values and prepare detailed property reportsA degree in Real Estate, Business, Planning, or related field, or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in land buying, property development, or real estate is highly advantageousDriving license and ability to travel to potential development sites are essential
