Payroll Transformation Manager/ Subject Matter Expert / System Implementation/ CIPP/ Process Mapping/ Group Business/ Excellent Benefits and Culture This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager and Subject matter Expert to support a highly successful group business as they look to review their current payroll processes and systems. You will take the lead on assessing the current ways of working and deciding upon a suitable system to streamline and improve their current payroll function. Youll partner with the SLT including; HR, Group Finance and Head of Systems to map processes, review and advise upon suitable systems implementation options and present and cost the project for further review. Alongside supporting system and process improvements, you will be required to maintain knowledge of all group payrolls in addition to offer occasional support with running current payrolls. Experience of using multiple payroll systems and running both inhouse and outsourced payrolls is ideal. This will initially be a 12-month contract but there is a high potential the role will extend inline with business needs. Payroll Transformation Manager Responsibilities: Strategically map the end-to-end monthly payroll process across all group entities, Assess and review the current payroll system to establish credible market alternatives and suitable integration options. Work closely with Group Finance to produce a defensible cost and effort baseline for the current operating model.
