We are seeking a driven and hands-on Transactional Finance Manager to lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within a high-growth, Private Equity-backed business. This is a pivotal role responsible for transforming and scaling the transactional finance function to support rapid expansion. The successful candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end AP and AR operations, ensuring robust financial control, accuracy, and efficiency. A key part of the remit will be to assess existing processes, challenge legacy ways of working, and redesign the function to create a best-in-class, scalable operation. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong people and process manager with proven results of building structure from the ground up by embedding strong governance, improving visibility, and raising standards across transactional finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Oversee end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls.
