We are supporting a fantastic client looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing finance team. As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely recognition of revenue across the group. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and adviser teams to manage income data, support reconciliation processes, and maintain strong financial controls. This role is key to supporting adviser remuneration, financial reporting, and overall business integrity. This opportunity is initially based on site but after settling in there will be 1 day a week WFH offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process provider statements into Intelliflo Office accurately and on time
- Reconcile income against provider statements and internal records
- Perform regular cash and income reconciliations, resolving discrepancies
- Ensure all income is correctly recorded, allocated, and received
- Investigate and escalate missing or incorrect payments
- Support adviser commission calculations with accurate income data
- Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Assist with month-end reporting and revenue processes
- Support the integration of newly acquired firms into reconciliation processes
- Contribute to improving controls, efficiency, and data quality
Requirements of the role:
- Background in finance, accounts, or IFA administration
- Experience with Intelliflo Office is a MUST
- Exposure to financial advice or wealth management environments
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills
- Confident communicator across teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
