Responsibilities: Assisting the Accounts team to handle, manage and record varied and high-volume financial transactions.
Regularly checking online banking platforms to manage and record incoming and outgoing bank transactions in accordance with Solicitors Accounts Rules Proactively identifying the nature of incoming transactions and entering details into the practice accounting system, investigating as required to ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounting Rules.
Entering details of payments into the on-line banking platforms and managing the payments through the appropriate levels of approvals and authorisations.
Maintain effective communication with the legal teams and clients, to build strong and trusting relationships.
