Forge Talent is partnering with one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the Northwest to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position, driven by the company’s exceptional growth over the past 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models to guide strategic decisions and business planning.
- Deliver clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in financial processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a strategic finance partner across the business, advising the executive team on key financial matters.
- Analyse financial performance, highlighting key variances and emerging trends.
- Provide data-driven insights to support high-impact strategic decisions.
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive cash flow models to ensure liquidity and planning accuracy.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience building complex financial models
