About the Role

Forge Talent are partnering with a fast-growing business looking for a top performer in an FP&A Analyst role. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to join a fast-paced, dynamic business, supporting key decision-making and driving performance. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, working closely with the FP&A Manager, brand finance teams, and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and support weekly and monthly financial reporting packs.
  • Analyse key trends, variances, and performance drivers to deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare commentary and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance short- to medium-term forecasting models, integrating actuals and projections.
  • Assist with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ongoing model improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather and consolidate budget inputs and assumptions.
  • Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and dashboard updates.
  • Prepare and monitor daily and weekly cash flow forecasts, highlighting key movements and variances.
  • Act as a finance business partner across departments, providing insights that shape commercial and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to streamline and automate reporting processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement across financial reporting, processes, and systems.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence.
