Forge Talent are currently engaged with a Market Leading business in Manchester City Centre who are looking to hire an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner. The role will be for 12 months initially with potential to go permanent. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role is looking to start asap.
Key Responsibilities:
- To build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and to act as translator between finance and the business requirements for and commercial areas of the business.
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process.
- Development and management of the financial model(s) that underpins the Business Projects and supports decision making.
- Drafting, reviewing, and inputting into written reports and communications with various internal and external stakeholders.
- To review and evaluate investment decisions and business cases.
- To identify and make recommendations opportunities for the business to improve efficiency.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Analyse financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilisation, and cost control.
Candidate Requirements:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
- Worked in a similar role previously.
- Solid communicator and able to present information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Day Rate: The Interim Finance Business Partner role is paying up to £60,000 for the right candidate.
