An ideal opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Administrator looking to take the next step in their career within an industry leading Wealth Management organisation.
You will be joining an established team of Financial Planners to act as the first point of contact for a diverse range of clients.
Previous experience in the Wealth Management industry, with an understanding of financial products is essential as a starting point. You will then be given the mentorship and training tools to develop your career in line with your wealth management career aspirations.
An excellent benefits package is available and with multiple UK office sites, it is possible to work in either of the following locations on a hybrid basis:
- Central Manchester
- South Manchester
- Liverpool
Financial Planning Administrator Responsibilities:
- Proactively support assigned Financial Planners to ensure excellent outcomes for a large and diverse range of clients.
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, resolving queries, providing information and supporting as required.
- Assist Investment Managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
- Support with the new client onboarding process, preparing meeting packs and valuations.
- Build, develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, through regular contact.
- Support the wider business and operational teams as required with administrative duties (scripts, transfers, corporate actions, etc)
- Ensure all client records are maintained, and correspondence is recorded inline with company policies.
Financial Planning Administrator Required Experience:
- Previous experience of working within the wealth management sector with a comprehensive understanding of financial products (pensions, ISAβs, offshore and onshore bonds)
- Previous experience of offering end to end support to Financial Advisors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and nurture strong working relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise workflow.
- Problem solving abilities with the ability to use reasoning and judgement to reach effective solutions.
- A proactive, positive and professional approach to the role and collaborating with a team to maintain the company values and a positive working culture.
- A desire to develop within a Wealth Management career path.
