About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a fast-paced and collaborative finance function within a large and growing business operating across Europe. This part-time role (15 hours per week) will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, offering exposure to a wide range of finance activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams while contributing to process improvement and integration initiatives across the wider group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Verify invoices and manage payment runs
  • Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
  • Support month-end and year-end processes
  • Support credit control and collections activities
  • Contribute to financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a finance or accounts administration role
  • Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger processes
  • Experience using accounting systems (SAP advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills across teams and international stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments (beneficial)
  • Basic understanding of VAT and tax processes (desirable)
