Forge Talent are working with a Financial Services company based in South Manchester who are looking for a Management Accountant for up to 9 months with a possible extension. The role would be full time in the office initially. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced company who have big plans to grow in 2026 and join a well-established business.
The role:
- This role will be an integral part in supporting the finance team and require someone to be hands-on in the role, whilst being able to come in and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Producing monthly management accounts pack
- Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining tight controls
- Analysing variances to budgets
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide strategic support to the Finance Director
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to financial processes
About you:
- Qualified/QBE
- Advanced Excel skills
- High degree of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
- Excellent systems knowledge
- Ideally have Financial Services experience
- Immediately available or 1 week’s notice
