Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include
- Producing monthly management accounts and supporting the month-end close process.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends and explaining variances.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process across the business.
- Producing board reporting and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Assisting with the year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
- Providing commercial and financial support to teams across the wider business.
- Supporting business projects and helping deliver strategic finance initiatives.
About You

You’ll ideally have
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be approaching qualification).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
