We are seeking an experienced Offline CNC Programmer to join our client's team.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CNC programming using Fusion 360 or Power Mill software and a strong understanding of CNC operations.
You will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using Fusion 360 or Power Mill.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate programming.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve design for manufacturability.
- Conduct simulations and verify programs to ensure proper operation and cycle times.
- Troubleshoot programming issues and provide solutions to enhance productivity.
- Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during programming and production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on offline programming.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 and/or Power Mill software.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant technical degree or certification is a plus
