We’re Forge Skin, a performance-driven DTC skincare brand scaling fast globally.

We’re looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who lives and breathes eCommerce. Someone who knows how to turn cold traffic into paying customers through words that sell. If you’ve written VSLs, advertorials, funnel copy, and high-converting scripts for creatives, this is your chance to own copy that directly drives growth.

Your Mission

• Write high-converting advertorials that warm up cold audiences and seamlessly lead them into the funnel.
• Craft persuasive scripts for creatives (UGC ads, paid social, YouTube, TikTok).
• Develop long-form VSLs and short-form video scripts optimized for direct response.
• Write end-to-end funnel copy: headlines, landing pages, upsells/downsells, checkout flows.
• Support email/SMS copy for product launches, promotions, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm hooks, test angles, and scale winners.
• Continuously A/B test, analyze results, and optimize based on performance data.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of direct response copywriting in eCommerce / DTC / performance marketing.
• Proven track record writing VSLs, advertorials, and full funnel copy that converts.
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, MER/ROAS) and how copy impacts them.
• Ability to ideate disruptive hooks and new angles for creatives.
• Excellent written English—sharp, simple, and persuasive.
• Self-driven and structured, able to deliver in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
