We are a busy local garage providing vehicle servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs for cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanic.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will be working on a variety of vehicles, carrying out servicing, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and MOT preparation on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manual checks
- Work to manufacturer and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Provide excellent service and support to customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Qualified Vehicle Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Previous experience working in a garage/workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- MOT tester advantages
