The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to start in March on a commercial refurbishment project in Manchester City Centre which will last for a year (with further work to follow). This is a refurbishment of a large existing retail building into offices.
The ideal candidate will be from a mechanical trade background (plumbing/pipefitting) and have experience supervising workforces, completing reports, and ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met.
This role will be direct with the company once work starts rather than via agency. The working hours are 45-50 hours Monday to Friday. The daily rate for this role is £250-300 CIS per day depending on relevant experience (PAYE options can be considered).

- 1 year initial project with further work to follow on
- Must have SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid preferred
