PPH Commercial is one of the region's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, providing commercial agency, valuation, property management and professional services throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious Commercial Agency Surveyor to join our successful East Yorkshire Agency team based at the award-winning Hesslewood Office Park. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or qualified surveyor looking to develop their career within one of the region's most respected commercial property consultancies.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Directors and senior surveyors, you will support the marketing, sale and letting of commercial property across the region while building your own professional expertise and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Market commercial properties for sale and to let
  • Liaise directly with property owners, occupiers and applicants
  • Conduct commercial property viewings
  • Negotiate sales and lettings transactions
  • Support senior surveyors on larger and more complex instructions
  • Prepare client reports and property information
  • Utilise video, drone and Matterport technology to market properties
  • Develop relationships with clients and applicants
  • Assist with business development and agency growth activities

About You

Suitable candidates are likely to possess:

  • MRICS qualification or ambition to work towards chartership
  • Commercial property experience or relevant surveying background
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious and proactive attitude
