- £193 shift rate (including £25 night out tax-free allowance)

- drop & swap trailers between RDCs/depots/yards
- Sunday starts, times vary week-on-week
- 5 consecutive shifts (ending Thu PM/Fri AM)
- average shift length between 9-11 hours
