About the Role
We’re on a mission to transform how people book and enjoy UK holidays. As Product Manager - Account, Loyalty & Booking, you’ll shape the seamless, personalised, and rewarding digital experiences that bring guests back time and again. This is a high-impact, guest-facing role focused on conversion, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll own the full booking funnel - from sign-up to checkout and beyond, leading the evolution of our loyalty and membership proposition while ensuring every guest interaction feels effortless, trusted, and rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for guest accounts, loyalty, and booking journeys.
- Define and prioritise problems across login, sign-up, checkout, and repeat bookings.
- Partner with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences.
- Champion experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimisation.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing to enhance loyalty, referral, and reactivation features.
- Use analytics to understand guest behaviour and turn insight into measurable impact.
- Ensure brand consistency, trust, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven product management experience - discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong ownership of complex, multi-touchpoint user journeys.
- Experience in conversion optimisation, checkout UX, or loyalty programmes.
- Customer-obsessed with the ability to balance guest needs and commercial goals.
- Data-driven and comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and iterating quickly.
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator who unites teams behind a shared vision.
- Curious, energetic, and results-driven - you bring momentum wherever you go.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in ecommerce, travel, hospitality, or marketplaces, or familiarity with personalisation, CRM, or cross-device journeys.
