About the Role
We’re on a mission to make finding the perfect holiday effortless. As Product Manager – Search & Discovery, you’ll lead the strategy and evolution of the search and discovery experience across web and app, helping guests find the right stay faster, smarter, and with more delight.
You’ll partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and our Data Products (ML) team to improve ranking, filtering, recommendations, and personalisation, making this one of our highest-impact product roles.
What You’ll Do
- ➡️ Own the product vision and roadmap for Search & Discovery.
- ➡️ Work with our ML team to improve ranking, relevance, and recommendations.
- ➡️ Use discovery, data, and experimentation to prioritise the most impactful improvements.
- ➡️ Collaborate with UX to enhance usability, performance, and overall findability.
- ➡️ Use analytics, insight, and guest behaviour to guide decisions and measure results.
What We’re Looking For
- âś… Proven product management experience across discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.
- âś… Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with experimentation and metrics.
- âś… Ability to translate ML concepts and technical constraints into guest impact.
- âś… Deep understanding of what creates great search & discovery experiences.
- ✅ Clear communicator who thrives in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.
Nice to Have:
- 🌟 Experience with search, ranking, recommendations, or personalisation.
- 🌟 Background in travel, marketplaces, or ecommerce.
- 🌟 Familiarity with ML concepts like relevance scoring and feedback loops.
