About the Role
As Senior Revenue Manager, you’ll own day‑to‑day accommodation trading performance for a defined portfolio within Forge Holiday Group, initially focused on Forest Holidays. Reporting to the Head of Accommodation Revenue, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating group‑level direction into decisive commercial action. You’ll use data, insight and market signals to optimise pricing, occupancy and profitability across the portfolio, while collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, finance and product to unlock sustainable growth. What You Need To Know
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Location: Chester HQ, Hybrid working
- Report To: Head of Accommodation Revenue
- Team: Revenue Management
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am until 5:30 pm
You’ll Own
- Trading & Yield Optimisation: Own pricing, availability and yield decisions to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. Monitor demand trends daily and lead weekly trading reviews with clear commercial actions.
- Insight & Forecasting: Analyse performance across customer, channel and seasonal trends. Build forecasts, dashboards and reporting to support trading decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
- Pricing Strategy & Revenue Capability: Adapt pricing strategies to market conditions, manage promotional and seasonal pricing, and support development of new pricing models and revenue tools.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, operations and finance teams to align commercial priorities and maximise overall revenue performance.
- Team & Culture: Support junior team members, promote best practice, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing commercial culture.

Essential Experience
- Revenue management experience within travel, hospitality or holiday letting.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven track record of making data‑led pricing and trading decisions with direct commercial impact.
- Understanding of demand elasticity, yield management and competitive positioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into commercially grounded narratives.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within an owned‑and‑operated hospitality environment such as holiday parks, resorts or hotel groups.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools, revenue management systems or ML‑driven pricing platforms.
- SQL proficiency or experience working with data warehouses.
- Commercial awareness of the UK short‑term rental or holiday lettings market.
