We’re now hiring a Senior Data Scientist to help shape how data science delivers value across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and deploy machine learning models that solve real commercial problems
- Own work end-to-end - from problem framing through to production
- Partner with product, commercial, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Contribute to key areas like pricing, personalisation, forecasting, and customer experience
- Help raise the bar through strong coding, modelling, and mentorship
What you’ll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in data science & machine learning
- Advanced Python & SQL (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM)
- Ability to translate business problems into practical, high-value solutions
- Great communication skills — able to explain complex ideas simply
Nice to have:
- Experience with LLMs / GenAI, pricing or CLV models, or cloud ML platforms (Azure/AWS/Fabric)
