As Product Manager, Platform , you\’ll treat our backend services, internal tools, and operational systems as products – with clear vision, measurable outcomes, and long-term ambition.
From finance and operations to people systems and core technical platforms, you\’ll own how our internal ecosystem evolves – simplifying how work gets done, reducing friction, and enabling Forge to scale.
This is a high-influence, cross-functional role working closely with product, technology, operations, finance, and transformation teams to build the foundations that power Forge\’s future.
What You\’ll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for internal platforms and systems
Treat backend services and operational tools as products with clear outcomes
Map end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities
Prioritise improvements that drive measurable operational impact
Reduce manual work, friction, and process complexity
Align platform evolution with business strategy, product direction, and AI ambition
Partner with the CPO, CTO, architects, and business leaders
Support change through communication, enablement, and adoption
Use data and insight to measure success and continuously improve
What We\’re Looking For
Proven product management experience across discovery, prioritisation, and delivery
Experience owning complex, cross‐functional problem spaces
Strong background treating internal systems or platforms as products
Confidence mapping workflows and designing better ways of working
Excellent communicator who creates clarity and alignment
Analytical, outcome‐focused, and pragmatic
Passion for building scalable, well‐designed platforms that empower teams
Experience in complex operational environments, large‐scale platforms, internal tooling, automation, workflow systems, or data platforms.
