- Partner with UX and engineering to deliver product‑led onboarding tools and flows.
- Track and improve key metrics such as conversion, time‑to‑activation, and owner satisfaction.
- Use discovery, data, and experimentation to identify problems and iterate quickly.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience improving complex onboarding or acquisition journeys.
- Background with CRM systems, onboarding flows, SaaS, or marketplace supply.
- Clear communicator who simplifies complexity and aligns stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in funnels, workflow mapping, and segmentation.
Bonus
- Experience with operational tooling, compliance workflows, or travel/hospitality.

- Birthday day off
- Two paid volunteering days per year
- Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at 100% pay)

- Health cash plan, wellbeing discounts, and 24/7 mental health support
- Exclusive discounts on holiday stays for you, family, and friends
