We’re now looking for a Product Manager - Multi-Unit Sites & Managed Services to define the strategy, commercial model and roadmap for the services and managed offerings that help owners succeed.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, commercial strategy and operations.

You’ll shape scalable, revenue-generating managed services, improve owner outcomes and drive competitive advantage across the Group.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager - Multi-Unit Sites & Managed Services, you’ll own the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for owner services and managed offerings across Forge Holiday Group.

From holiday parks and multi-unit sites to short-term letting services, you’ll determine what owners need, how services are delivered and how we use technology and AI to create exceptional owner experiences.

Working within our AI Operating Model, you’ll collaborate with lean cross‑functional pods across discovery and delivery, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success and Commercial teams.

This role carries full accountability for product direction, commercial performance and the value delivered to owners.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead products through discovery, development, launch and optimisation.
  • Shape AI-powered service discovery and recommendation experiences for owners.
  • Build scalable, revenue-generating services that help owners maximise performance and profitability.
  • Define commercial models, growth opportunities and success measures.
  • Establish and improve service quality, adoption and owner experience KPIs.
  • Improve how services are delivered across Forge platforms and integrations.
  • Use experimentation, analytics and owner feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI and Data Science teams to deliver intelligent owner solutions.
  • Act as the strategic link between Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations and Technology teams.
  • Own key commercial metrics including recurring revenue, owner retention, attach rates and lifetime value.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive Product Management experience with ownership of complex, revenue-generating products or services.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap and outcome-measurement expertise.
  • Experience building or scaling owner services, managed offerings, marketplace products or similar B2B2C solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, short-term letting, holiday parks or hospitality operations.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations and service-based architectures.
  • Experience applying AI-powered discovery, recommendations or LLM-based solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • It would be great if you also have experience with
  • Travel, hospitality, property technology, ecommerce or fintech.
  • Holiday parks, multi‑unit accommodation or short‑term rental platforms.
  • Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or Big Query.
  • AI/ML operationalisation, experimentation frameworks or feature engineering.
