We’re looking for a Product Manager - Data Products to own the strategy, roadmap and evolution of the data products that power our customers, owners, colleagues and AI ambitions.

This is one of the most strategically important product roles in our business.

About the role

Data as a product. AI as the future. This isn't a reporting or analytics role.

You’ll treat data as a product, owning the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the data platforms and products that enable better decision-making across Forge.

Working closely with Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams, you’ll improve data quality, governance and accessibility while helping build the foundations for our growing AI ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Forge's data products.
  • Lead data initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams to maximise business value.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, accessibility and trust.
  • Ensure the right data is captured at source to support reporting, products and AI.
  • Prioritise opportunities, balancing technical complexity with commercial value.
  • Define success through meaningful KPIs, adoption and business outcomes.
  • Champion a culture where trusted data informs everyday decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Product Management experience across discovery, delivery and roadmap ownership.
  • Experience building or managing data products, data platforms or data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, APIs, ETL/ELT and data warehouses.
  • Experience working with Data Engineers, analysts and Data Scientists.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for solving complex data challenges.

Bonus points if you have experience with

  • Travel, hospitality, ecommerce or fintech.
  • AI platforms, LLMs or agentic systems.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or Big Query.
