Days of Work: Tues, Wednesday, Thurs-(9am-5pm)

Location: Occasional travel (existing and future Forest Holidays locations) and Head Office (Chester) averaging out approximately once a month.

Forge Holiday Group (Sykes Holidays, Forest Holidays & Bachcare NZ) is looking for a Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator to help bring our brand and guest experience to life across our growing cabin estate. If you’re creative, organised, and love turning insight into real-world spaces, this could be a great fit.

The Role

Sitting at the heart of cabin design and delivery, you’ll champion the customer and brand voice across new builds, trials, and developments. Working with Guest Experience, Marketing, Design, Build, Procurement, and Operations, you’ll translate insight and vision into practical, buildable design solutions that balance creativity, cost, and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Support cabin design with clear customer and brand briefs
  • Develop interior schemes (FF&E, finishes, fixtures) and design packs
  • Work with Procurement on sourcing and value-engineered options
  • Support design reviews, buildability sessions, and design governance
  • Advise on wider site elements like signage, wayfinding, and play areas
  • Use guest feedback and trials to continuously improve designs

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience or qualification in interior design or a related creative field
  • Ability to turn customer insight into practical design solutions
  • Strong organisation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Hospitality, leisure, or tourism project experience
  • FF&E sourcing or budget/value-engineering exposure
  • Experience working within cross-functional project teams
