We’re hiring a Group Health & Safety Manager to lead and evolve our safety culture across a growing multi-brand organisation. This isn’t a tick-box compliance role, it’s about influencing, leading and embedding safety across every level of the business.
Your focus will include:
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain and improve H&S systems, policies, and regulatory compliance, providing expert guidance to teams and leadership.
- Audit & Assurance: Lead audits, manage non-conformities, and report insights to SLT, EHS Committee, and Board.
- Incident Management: Oversee reporting, investigations, trend analysis, and lessons learned.
- Training & Competence: Ensure mandatory training compliance, support delivery of IOSH/NEBOSH programmes.
- Risk & Contractor Management: Maintain risk registers, support assessments, and oversee contractor safety processes.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive a positive safety culture through leadership visibility, campaigns, and communication.
You’ll bring:
- Strong Health & Safety leadership experience in multi-site environments
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
- Excellent knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- Experience leading audits, investigations and compliance programmes
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- The confidence to influence at senior leadership level
- A full UK driving licence.
