Regional Marketing Manager (Wales & North) to supercharge property recruitment and retention across our regional brands in Wales, Menai Holiday Cottages and Coast & Country Holidays, along with our North brands – Lakelovers, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Yorkshire Coastal Cottages and Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages.
You’ll lead impactful, ROI-driven marketing that delivers high‑quality owner and property leads -shaping local strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable growth.

- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
- Location: The role can be based in either our Menai Holiday Cottages office in Bangor, North Wales, in our Lakelovers office in Windermere or our Chester Office.
Hybrid working is available, with travel to brand areas regularly.
About The Regional Marketing Manager Role
This role is about more than campaigns, it’s about driving sustainable regional growth.
You’ll lead marketing activity to generate high-quality property and owner leads, ensuring the right lead mix to meet business goals.
Working closely with property recruitment teams and regional brand stakeholders, you’ll create campaigns with clear, evidence-based ROI.
You’ll collaborate with fellow Regional Marketing Managers and Head Office Marketing to share insight, optimise performance, and maximise impact across Wales and the North.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop day‑to‑day regional marketing activity to hit property lead targets.
- Plan, deliver and analyse seasonal and reactive campaigns with clear ROI measurement.
- Monitor acquisition performance and report on funnel metrics and conversion.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal cost per lead.
- Motivate and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
- Oversee social media strategy and strengthen local brand presence.
- Build regional audiences and support events to generate new leads.
- Manage email marketing and owner database activity in line with GDPR.
- Continuously review processes to improve efficiency, performance and compliance.
