Join Forge Holiday Group as a Regional Marketing Executive!
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to join our Regional Marketing team and help drive brand growth and property owner leads across Wales. If you're a proactive marketer with a passion for delivering engaging campaigns, building strong relationships and making a real impact across multiple brands, we'd love to hear from you.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager
- Part of our Regional Marketing Team
What you'll be doing:
- Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our regional brands
- Create engaging content across digital, social, web, print and direct marketing channels
- Help drive property owner leads and portfolio growth across Wales
- Deliver day-to-day online and offline marketing activity aligned to business objectives
- Build relationships with owners, estate agents, land agents, developers and key stakeholders
- Organise and attend events, exhibitions and trade shows, representing our family of brands
- Generate new marketing ideas to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Work with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Collaborate with wider regional and head office marketing teams on shared initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Experience working within a marketing team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- A passion for marketing and delivering results
- Full UK Driving Licence
Standout experience:
- Knowledge of the Wales tourism and holiday letting market
- Good understanding of the Welsh region and local communities
- Experience supporting events and exhibitions
- Experience creating content across a variety of marketing channels
- Knowledge of lead generation or property acquisition marketing
