What You Need To Know
- Salary: £24,784.50 to £27,000 per annum
- Location: The role will be based in our Menai Holiday Cottages office in Bangor, North Wales. Hybrid working is available. Whilst this position is based in North Wales, this will include occasional travel to additional Regional Brands in Wales and beyond as and when required
- Report To: Regional Marketing Manager
- Team: Regional Marketing
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm
About The Regional Marketing Executive Role
The role of the Marketing Executive will responsible for working closely with the Regional Marketing team, Regional Brands and Head Office in implementing relevant, brand specific marketing campaigns. You will also be required to work closely with the property recruitment teams to offer the highest level of service and product for our potential new owners as well as ensuring a high level of conversion from lead to contract. As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the other regional marketing executives and the marketing team in head office to support other regions as required and utilise additional resource / expertise to the business where appropriate. The role is perfect for someone looking to carve out a career in marketing within one of the UK's leading holiday cottage groups.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns within our sister brands, in line with business objectives and targets
- Delivering engaging campaigns through web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning.
- Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
- Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
- Developing relationships with and working alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers)
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
Essential Experience: You'll Bring
- Experience of working as part of a marketing team.
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
- IT literate and able to learn new skills
- Ability to understand and Market the Unique Selling Point of individual Brands.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Full Driving Licence

- Good location knowledge of Wales
