The merging of our teams at Brownlow and Park Issa Farm Vets has created an exciting opportunity for us to move to a new site and rebrand, as Forge Farm Vets. Here at Forge Farm Vets, we strongly believe in preventative medicine and we have a proven track record in establishing realistic and cost-effective preventative health care systems on farms, minimising loss from preventable disease. The practice has invested in the most up-to-date herd health planning software, including disease cost calculators, so we can illustrate the true costs of disease on your farm.

Join our friendly, proactive team at Forge Farm Vets in Shropshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Farm Vet to join our dedicated team of five vets in our Farm only practice. We work closely with progressive beef, dairy and sheep farms, building long term relationships and delivering exceptional care.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

The Rota
Open to Part time and Full-time applications. Will include participation in an out of hours rota for evenings and weekends. OOH is 1 in 4 weeknights, (set night is an option) and 1 in 4 weekends - to include Friday night. Full time is 40 hours 8:30 start, 5pm finish with half hour unpaid lunch. There is flexibility on this for part time staff.
