Pay: £38,468 total yearly earnings (includes hourly pay, sleep-ins and on-call). Additional £5 per hour on bank holidays.

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in Nuneaton.

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping young people and children in need to join our team of care superheroes at The Forge in Nuneaton as a Senior Residential Care Worker.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.
• A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent is desirable for this role.
• This role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Aged 21 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
