Personal Assistant (PA) to Directors
Location – Nuneaton CV10 West Midlands
Part Time Role 25 hrs per week

We are now seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant (PA). This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of our organisation, supporting our Directors while also being the first point of contact for referrals of children and young people into Forge Care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level PA and administrative support to the Director team, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Review all incoming referrals from our local authorities, ensuring they meet our placement criteria before escalating to the senior team.
- Act as a trusted link between the Directors, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all sensitive information is managed in line with safeguarding and GDPR requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Ability to critically assess information and exercise sound judgement.
- A calm, professional, and proactive approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and Forge Care’s values.
- Experience in social care, education, or children’s residential care is desirable but not essential.
