The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Working within the ruminant team as a Planner, liaising with external sites, direct customers and logistic partners to provide an excellent level of customer service and accurately managing sales & purchase contracts. Playing an important role within the ruminant team, you will be working closely with all teams (trading, planning and administration) supporting them to achieve and maintain high customer standards. You may also be required to provide ad-hoc support for annual leave cover for the planning team. Based in Shepshed (Leicestershire), you will also regularly work with colleagues in various other locations and liaise with numerous sales teams across the UK.
Your responsibilities
- Customer service – dealing with complaints, building relationships with hauliers & suppliers.
- Confirming and Planning customer deliveries in line with their requirements.
- 3PL logistics management (ETA’s, time slots and Customer/site complaints).
- Liaising with external logistic partners daily and monitoring performance.
