Tasks and responsibilities as a Shift Operator:
- Operate blending, pelleting, and master weigh processes efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Communicate any issues or delays to colleagues and other departments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Optimize the use of finished product bin space.
- Ensure site processes and standards comply with the UFAS code of practice.
- Participate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily visual board.

- Counterbalance FLT license (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
