Forever Care is seeking full-time residential practitioners to care for children aged 5 to 18 in our Heaton area service.
You will work with a team to support positive progression, input daily notes into the software, and liaise with external agencies.
Ideal candidates have 6 months+ UK experience, Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential or related qualifications, and an enhanced DBS with update service.
Right to work in the UK is required, with emphasis on safeguarding and child welfare.
