ForeverCare are looking for full time dedicated Residential practitioners to provide quality, person-centred care to Children aged 5 to 18, with a variety of different needs and requirements. We are committed to finding individuals who want to make a real difference to children’s lives - people that are passionate, committed and invest in all that they do to achieve their potential and support others to do so.

You will work alongside a team of practitioners, Seniors, Deputies and Registered Manager caring for and supporting our children to progress positively through receiving encouragement, understanding, care and patience. You will work with external agencies. All daily and specific recordings will need to be completed to a high standard and inputted on to a software system. You will report directly to the Leadership Team.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 6 months+ UK experience of working within a similar setting
  • 5 years of professional references
  • Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)
  • Work towards achieving the best outcomes for children in line with Children's homes regulations 2015.

Most Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential (Will require no further NVQ)

Next Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care (Will require doing 3 units of Children’s Residential Care level three NVQ)

No Qualifications requires full level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Knowledge in safeguarding.
