ForeverCare is recruiting full-time Residential Practitioners to provide quality, person-centred care for children aged 5 to 18 at our new North Tyneside service. You will join a team including practitioners, seniors, deputies and the Registered Manager to support positive progress.
Responsibilities include maintaining high-standard daily recordings in our software, coordinating with external agencies, and reporting to the Leadership Team.
