We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Childrens Residential Support Workers to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and supportive residential home, helping them reach their full potential. About the Role As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people with a range of needs. You will help create a positive home environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people. Promote their emotional, physical, and social well-being. Build positive, trusting relationships with young people. Support education, hobbies, life skills, and community activities. Maintain accurate records and complete reports. Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals. Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people. Support children in achieving their individual care plans and personal goals. What Were Looking For A caring, patient, and positive attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience working with children or vulnerable young people is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided. Relevant qualifications (such as Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare) are desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
