The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our growing Manchester team and be trained to develop into a full 360 education recruitment consultant. You will learn how to manage and grow your own specialist desk within Primary, Secondary or SEND, building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across the region. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, target-driven and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new relationships with schools across Manchester to generate new business opportunities through a variety of sales methods/techniques
  • Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Source teachers and support staff using job boards, referrals, direct outreach and other tools/strategies
  • Manage the full candidate journey/process from interview-placement
  • Manage compliance and safeguarding checks in line with education regulations
  • Coordinate daily bookings and respond to urgent staffing requirements
  • Work towards clearly defined KPIs and performance targets
  • Build your personal brand and become a specialist within your specific market
