Creative Classroom Assistant (Graduate) – Primary SEND Schools – Manchester & Salford\\n\\nStart Date: Immediate or September 2025| Full-Time | Long-Term\\n\\nForever Teaching is recruiting a Creative Classroom Assistant (Graduate) to join a Primary SEND School in Manchester & Salford on a long-term basis, starting immediately or in January 2026.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in art, music, drama, design, sport or performance who are passionate about using their creative skills to support children with special educational needs.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\nYou will be working closely with children with SEND, supporting them both in and out of the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Your creative approach will play a key role in helping children engage, express themselves, and develop socially and academically.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND.\\n\\n * Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, creative learning opportunities.\\n\\n * Use your background in the arts or performance to inspire and motivate children.\\n\\n * Support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.\\n\\n * Respond proactively to the needs of individual pupils, adapting your approach where needed.\\n\\nWe are looking for individuals who:\\n\\n * Have a background in creative disciplines such as art, music, drama, dance, sport or performance.\\n\\n * Are patient, empathetic and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.\\n\\n * Have previous experience working with children or young people within the last 2 years.\\n\\n * Are confident, proactive, and able to use their initiative in a classroom setting.\\n\\n * Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.\\n\\nIf you are a creative graduate looking to make a real difference in education, we would love to hear from you.\\nApply today to start your journey with Forever Teaching
