Forever Legal is a very successful property and specialist lending legal firm located within Altrincham town centre. We are currently seeking a Property Solicitor / CILEX / CLC to join our friendly team. We are looking for people with a friendly personality and a driving ambition to deliver excellent customer care.
If you want to work in a team environment and have a minimum of 5 years experience in property conveyancing, you must be highly motivated, diligent, and committed to providing excellent customer care. You should be able to deliver legal advice in a manner that the customer understands and not rushed. We prefer candidates who can talk to our customers, so please no keyboard warriors.
Experience of working with Proclaim case management system is also preferable albeit not essential as training will be provided. Notably, the role will also involve dealing with unregistered properties, so the applicant should have sound experience with this and post-completion matters.
