Job description:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-set work and instructions provided by teaching staff.
- Ensure students remain focused on their learning and complete assigned tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Undertake break, lunchtime, or corridor supervision duties where required.
