Senior Audio Producer – Immersive Content

We’re an award‑winning audio services leader based in the UK and the USA, with studios in Central London. Our clients include Audible, Spotify, Netflix, Disney, and many others. We create radio, podcasts, audiobooks, music, film sound, and immersive spatial audio for world‑class brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quote and manage third‑party costs, with a keen eye on project margins
  • Cast and negotiate fees with voice talent through agents and direct relationships
  • Direct in‑studio voice recording sessions, briefing talent, selecting preferred takes and ensuring sessions run smoothly and to time
  • Schedule remote recordings and source third‑party studios when needed
  • Manage the production of Dolby Atmos projects from quoting to delivery
  • Run multi‑cast recordings, including ensemble‑style group sessions
  • Create production timelines and manage milestones to ensure timely delivery of all projects
  • Schedule and brief recording engineers and sound designers to allocate sufficient studio time
  • Conduct music searches and ensure appropriate usage licences are in place

Core Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a long‑form audio producer in audio drama, creative podcasts or immersive content
  • Proven history of audio content production, including immersive formats such as binaural and Dolby Atmos
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple detailed timelines at once
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude
  • Experience creating and building strong, long‑term client relationships
  • High level of organisational skills and a proven history of managing complex projects
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and available to work onsite 4 days a week with 1 remote day

Desirable (Bonus Points)

  • Fluent in a second language
  • Existing relationships with voice agents/independent talent
  • Existing relationships with content owners, publishers or platforms
  • Network of freelance sound engineers and composers
  • Basic understanding of musical principles
