The Person We Are Looking For
You love audio and you have experience of working in a similar client services role in the advertising industry. Working on live projects you’ll have solid experience at collating information and taking good briefs. You have great experience in delivering great customer service and forming long term partnerships, presenting yourself as a trusted resource our clients can rely on. You’re a people person and you will be involved in the growth of the company by developing existing relationships and growing accounts. You’re not a passenger, you’re proactive and make things happen. You’ll be versatile, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects at once, and you buzz off being part of a busy department that always delivers. Strong organisational skills and accuracy are in your DNA. You’re a consummate professional but you don’t take yourself too seriously. You’re looking to play an important role in a company that is big on culture, teamwork and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver multiple advertising campaigns on time with clear client communication.
- To talk confidently and knowledgeably about our services and offerings, and to deliver audio advertising projects.
- To increase account spend by building quality relationships with clients at all levels.
- To create pitches and presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and the unique services provided by Forever Audio.
- To represent the company at industry events.
- To develop effective working relationships with the rest of the account team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- To keep up to date with the latest developments in the audio industry and how they apply to our clients.
- To keep internal CRM system up to date.
Essential Requirements
- A love for audio.
- Good level of experience in a similar role and specifically in the following areas: Account management, Customer service, Organisation, Communication skills, Proactivity, Relationship building, Problem solving.
- A positive mental attitude and growth mindset.
- You’re able to work from the office and studio at least 4 days per week.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in other languages especially French, German or Spanish.
Working Hours / Requirements
This is a 6-12 month contract, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for the right person. You will be based from our London studios at least 4 days a week.

- 26 days leave per annum which includes 4 days to be taken between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. This entitlement is in addition to the usual 8 UK bank and public holidays.
